Our Repair Status feature is intended for customers and other authorized people to check the progress of a vehicle being repaired by Russo Brothers. Use the lookup only when you are the vehicle owner, an authorized representative, or otherwise entitled to receive the information. Do not attempt to access someone else's repair details, extract records in bulk, bypass safeguards, or interfere with the website.

Repair stages, parts or insurance updates, and anticipated completion dates reflect information available at the time of publication. They are informational and may change as repairs proceed.

3. Estimates, pricing, and repair timelines

Information supplied online, by phone, or through an automated assistant is not a binding repair quote. Accurate repair costs and procedures may depend on a physical inspection, disassembly, hidden damage, availability of parts, manufacturer requirements, and insurer review. Any estimate, repair authorization, payment obligation, or warranty is governed by the applicable documents supplied by Russo Brothers and by applicable law.

Estimated completion dates are good-faith projections, not guarantees. Parts availability, additional damage, supplement approvals, workload, and other circumstances may affect the schedule. We encourage you to contact the shop if you need confirmation of a deadline or status.

We may help customers communicate with insurers and manage repair-related documentation, but coverage, deductibles, authorizations, claim settlement decisions, and payment obligations are determined by the applicable policy, insurer, and law. Website information does not change your insurance policy or establish coverage.
